Tape Turn-up Systems and Replacement Tapes: Turn-up and Splicing

Automatic system that easily converts to a manual system, in the event of a PLC malfunction. No moving parts under the sheet. Simple push-button operation. Will function as a manual system even during a power loss. Full system diagnostics from Allen Bradley - MicroLogix PLC. Manufactured using stainless steel and heavy gauge aluminum. System dimensions: 6" wide, 15 1/4" high, 22 1/4" long. Delivery track system is narrow, and the length determined by the width of the paper machine. The pedestal height is determined by the installation area. The PLC unit can stand alone, but in most cases, is mounted in the control panel at the dry end of the paper machine. This is an automated system requiring 110 volts AC (can be converted to 220 volts AC), and 60 - 70 PSI to operate (instrument air).

Standard Brown and Bleached repulpable turn-up tape for use on all reel turn-up systems. Roll is 2030 feet long, caliper is .045 +/- .005, width .745" +/-.015 and tensile strength is 300 lbs. +/- 5%. Packaged 3 rolls per case.
