PTA offers products that help mills reduce issues involving trim squirts!
This product is a specially shaped trim squirt which has a Ruby Gem insert that produces a perfect jet of water. This perfect jet trims the edge of the sheet much more effectively reducing edge cracks etc.............
The special shape is a form of drip edge that allows the nozzle to be positioned where any drip or buildup will only drip onto the sheet outside the cut point. For Fine Paper, Cylinder Board etc……
We offer these in all openings and double orifice as well, with or with out screens. Replacing worn nozzles with Gem nozzles give results.
